Your HRV is down and you were short on sleep, so today is about absorbing yesterday's intervals, not stacking more load. Keep it conversational. If your legs feel flat after 10 minutes, cut it to 25 and walk the rest home. Nothing to prove today.

The problem

Your data lives in five apps. None of them tell you what to do.

You wear the watch. You log the runs. You check recovery every morning. And you still end up guessing whether today is a hard day or a rest day.

01

Numbers, no decision

Strava, WHOOP and Apple Health each show you charts. None of them connect the dots into a single answer for this morning.

02

Plans that ignore real life

A fixed training plan does not care that you slept badly, travelled, or smashed yourself yesterday. It just says "intervals" anyway.

03

Generic AI that guesses

Ask a chatbot and it invents paces and stats it cannot possibly know. Confident, friendly, and wrong about you specifically.

Why it is different

It reads your actual data. Then it says one thing.

Most fitness apps hand you a dashboard and wish you luck. Cadora does the reading and gives you the call.

A dashboard
  • Shows charts, leaves the thinking to you
  • One number per app, never joined up
  • The same plan whether you are fresh or wrecked
  • Makes up stats when it does not know
Cadora
  • Reads your training and recovery, then decides
  • Pulls Strava, WHOOP and Apple Health into one view
  • Adapts to how recovered you actually are
  • Every number comes from your data, never invented

What it does well

A coach in your menu bar that actually knows you.

Today's call

One clear answer, first thing

Open Cadora and you get today's session in plain language, with the reasoning behind it. No digging through graphs to work out what it means.

  • Tells you the session, the intensity, and why
  • Adjusts when your recovery says back off
  • Lives in the menu bar, one click away
Ask anything

Talk it through, with your numbers in the room

Ask why a session is easy, whether to race this weekend, or how your form is trending. The coach answers from your real history, not a generic script.

  • Grounded in your workouts, paces and bests
  • Knows your recent load and recovery trend
  • Spoken replies available as a premium option
Your whole picture

One place for everything you already track

Connect the services you use, or import your full history from a file. Cadora works from your real workouts, recovery and personal bests, in imperial or metric, tuned for how you actually talk about training.

  • Strava, WHOOP, Apple Health and Intervals.icu
  • Import a full export when you would rather not connect
  • UK and imperial aware out of the box

How to use it

Set up once. Check it every morning.

Getting started takes a couple of minutes. After that, it is the first thing you open with your coffee.

1

Connect your data

Link Strava, WHOOP or Apple Health, or import an export file. Cadora reads your history and learns where you are right now.

2

Set your goal

Tell it what you are training for and a few basics about you. It uses this to shape the load and the language it uses with you.

3

Check in each day

Each morning you get today's call and the reasoning. Ask follow ups any time. Adjust, and it adjusts with you.

Grounded and private

Honest about your numbers. Quiet about your data.

Cadora was built on one rule: never make up a fact about you. Every date, pace and metric it states is computed from your real data, so the advice is something you can trust.

Your history and your chats stay on your Mac. No ads, no tracking SDKs, no selling your data to anyone.

  • Your numbers are computed, never guessed
  • Workout and chat history stay on your device
  • No ads, no tracking, no data sold
  • Read only access to the services you connect

Questions

Good to know

Do I need a WHOOP or a Strava account?

No. You can connect Strava, WHOOP, Apple Health or Intervals.icu if you use them, but you can also import a full export file instead. Cadora works from whatever data you give it.

Which Macs does it run on?

Cadora is a native Mac app and needs macOS 14 or later. It lives in your menu bar and Dock.

How does it avoid making things up?

Every factual number and date about your training is computed directly from your data before the coach ever speaks. The AI explains and advises, but it is never the source of a fact about you. You can read more in our privacy policy.

Is my data private?

Your workout history and chats are stored on your Mac. To generate coaching, the text of your question and a summary of the relevant context is sent securely to our AI provider, and nothing else. We do not sell your data, run ads, or use tracking SDKs. Full detail is in the privacy policy.

Does it use imperial units?

Yes. Cadora is built UK and imperial aware, and works in the units you actually think in.

When can I get it, and what will it cost?

Cadora is in the final stretch before launch on the Mac App Store. Pricing will be shown here before release. Want to know the moment it is live? Email support@getcadora.app and we will tell you.

Stop guessing what to train.

Let your data make the call. Cadora is coming to the Mac App Store soon.
